All orders will ship USPS within 5-7 business days. Please allow an additional 3 days for customized orders. Sheloves Collection is not responsible for lost or stolen packages. If your tracking information states that your package was delivered to address and you haven't received it; you must contact the Post Office directly at 1-800-275-8777.  Thank you.
